Low external dimensions, low own weight, high power and high reliability are the special features of this magnet system. They make the solution highly cost-effective both in small workshops and in large industrial plants, with virtually zero operating costs and exceptionally quick payback of the capital invested.

The series comprises five models, with carrying forces of 250 to 2000 kg.

For even bigger loads, the number of systems can be increased accordingly. The systems are easy to handle and to operate. They have big advantages in terms of boosting power and productivity in a multitude of applications – even in confined spaces and in combination with lifting gear with limited carrying capacity.

Application

Our lifting systems are ideal for machine tool feed, in flame cutting units, steel construction, shipyards, foundries, in the steel and steel tube trade, in steelworks, for the movement of injection molding and punching dies, and for all requirements in modern industrial operations.

Just one operator is needed to move the load. The lifting system is always lowered onto the workpiece from above, thus preventing any damage. This yields maximum efficiency in manpower deployment with excellent workplace ergonomics and maximum safety for man and machine.

Our lifting systems are particularly suitable for use in any crane systems, as they only have to be suspended from the existing hook.
